Our Pre-school room has children between 3 and 5 years old that are developing independence, imagination, and social skills. They engage in cooperative play, form friendships, and improve language and cognitive abilities. Their motor skills become more refined, and they begin to grasp concepts like numbers and time. Emotionally, they learn how to manage strong feelings with support, while benefiting from structured routines and opportunities for creativity and exploration.
At Mak-a-Mini, we believe that children are a product of their experiences and interactions with others. The educators’ role is to encourage preschoolers to interact with the environment through exploration and participation in creative group activities and experiments that promote sharing and cooperation and spark children’s natural curiosity and foster a love for learning.
